We are now hosting a Standard Tournament (formerly known as Type II). Standard Tournaments are nice for newer players because there are fewer sets to worry about in deck construction.
Legal Sets: M12; M11; Scars of Mirrodin, Mirrodin Besieged, New Phyrexia, Zandikar, Worldwake, Rise of Eldrazi.
Banned Cards: Jace, the Mind Sculptor; Stoneforge Mystic
Exception: The deck list for the “War of Attrition” Event Deck will be legal in Standard if kept completely unchanged and intact (including sideboard). That deck contains two copies of Stoneforge Mystic.
Note that M11 and the Zendikar Block will be dropped out when the new Innistrad Set is released on September 30th.
